  I had Five Star Garage Door Service install my new garage door 1.5 years ago and I was very happy with their service. Last week, my sensor died, and they came to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it. Both Khoi Phan, Tuan Phan and other folks who I didn’t get their names are fast, professional and very friendly. Besides, the price is very reasonable. I recommended them a few months ago for my sister whose garage door was broken and she was happy with their service too. Highly recommend them for new garage door purchase/installation or repairs.

  I submitted a Yelp request for a quote on a Monday morning and Khoi responded very quickly. At 2pm on the same day, John came and replaced the removed the old cracked and torn rubber seal, took away the old one and replaced it with a brand new one in minutes. I glued it recently and it took him less time to replace it than it took for my temporary "less then ideal" repair. He also inspected my garage door and lubricated parts and springs. He was very professional, efficient and friendly. I thought the price I paid was very fair. I highly recommend Five Star Garage Door Service. They live up to their name and deserve all Five Stars.

  Quick response. Excellent turn around and great service. My garage door came crashing down late on Sunday night when I was closing it after putting the trash out. I called five star first thing Monday morning. Khoi answered and promised someone would be there in an hour. Jonathan showed up in under 45 mins and finished the work in another 45 mins and didn't an excellent job. I was not even late for work! Thank you very much!! Great service and reasonable pricing.

  I just had the best experience with Jonathan. Our bottom panel got bent, rollers came off, wires came out, guide rails bent. Garage door wouldn't close. Total mess. I called, and Jonathan arrived in less than 30 minutes. He fixed everything, including tightening the spring, and making several other adjustments. All in less than an hour. And at a reasonable price. Saved Mothers Day. Thank you for such excellent service!

  We are very pleased with the installation of two new doors and liftmaster openers. I’m looking forward to the WiFi enabled openers to arrive. The temporary openers are much appreciated.

  Last week when I was heading out for work, my garage door would open about halfway and then go back down. It did this about a half a dozen times until I went inside to decide who to call. Five Star was there within an hour and diagnosed the problem quickly. The track was bent. They were able to correct this and had the door opening completely in no time at all. Definitely will use them again-they are truly a 5- star company!

  Our contractor hired these guys to install an aluminum glass door. We got 3 bids and their price was the best and was under our budget. Don't know how they can charge that low but we are very happy with the new door.
